Teapot

USA, 1970

This teapot is mostly white with washes of pink and blue. The circumference of the body increases in 3 undulations until at the shoulder it tapers in to the lid. The lid's finial is a curve of twisted clay. The elbow like spout has a twisted piece of clay running from it back to the body. The handle is a partially twisted square strip of clay. Next is an image of the handle side. The next image shows the spout side. The final image shows a ring shaped base that supports the pot with 5 pieces of blue glazed clay.
